Q. What insurances do you accept?
We accept most major insurance companies with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid. Examples of insurance companies we take include Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Coventry, United Healthcare, and Multiplan/PHCS. We always recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to check if we are in-network.

Q. How does your call schedule work?
Though we are able to deliver most of our patient's babies we do share a call schedule with Haven Ob/Gyn and Women's Health Associates. This means that during the week Drs. Moore, Jewell, or Tibavinsky may be on call for us after office hours. On weekends and holidays, we rotate through the rest of our call group to make sure that our patients receive care when we are unavailable. Because of this schedule Dr. Anderson, Dr. Han, or Lisa Holt may not be available on the day you go into labor or have an emergency, but we would trust any of the above physicians with our own treatment. In fact, Women's Health Associates took care of Dr. Anderson during both of her pregnancies and Dr. Moore's wife during her high-risk pregnancy with twins. We know firsthand that they provide superb and compassionate care!
Q. What hospital are you affiliated with?
We are affiliated with Northside Hospital and are proud to practice at the main campus in Atlanta. Northside is the nation's leading hospital in maternity care and delivers more babies than any other community hospital in the United States.
Q. What is parking like at your office?
We know how hard parking can be around Atlanta and we are proud to offer a spacious lot for our patients with FREE parking.
Q. When should I schedule my first pregnancy visit?
You are welcome and encouraged to call our office or schedule your appointment online as soon as you find out that you are pregnant! We typically see our pregnant patients for their initial visit between 7-10 weeks of pregnancy.
Q. How do I contact my care team if I have a question?

- You can also reach your provider for a non-emergent reason through a patient portal message. These messages are usually handled in 1-2 business days.
